- Weeks 1–2 • Kickoff & Scope: define Model/Structure for the AI integration Team & success metrics; repos/CI; order kits.
- Weeks 3–5 • Foundations: sensor bring-up; ingestion/feature pipeline; pilot data round 1.
- Weeks 6–8 • Prototype: working prototype; model selection; integrate real data; UI stub.
- Weeks 9–10 • Complete: freeze config; write results; record a short demo.
